Dearest friends, we are so saddened to hear of Patt's passing. I know your hearts are saddened but hold on to the many fond memories and the fact that she has touched the face of God.
We have lost so many now, Hubert, Lucille, Edna, Arthur, Myrtis, Carl, Carla and also Buster on Aug. 15th, but we know where they are and cherish so many wonderful memories. The older I get the more I cherish their lives and that special touch that each one has made my life.
We saw Peter at Buster's funeral. He has had eye surgery and now needs no glasses. He looked good, and is teaching chemistry at Presbyterian College here in Clinton. We haven't heard from Ellen in a long time. Peter says Randy is still in Thailand.
Buster sang a favorite song of everyone, I Know A Man Who Can, and he always pointed upward at the end on Sunday the 14th. He collapsed behind the pulpit. He was kept alive by members who had just that week received their CPR certification, until the helicopter came and airlifted him to Col. He died at 1:30 on the 15th.
The video was played at his funeral. We will miss him so. Glennie is doing ok. She is like Mama be, a very strong person.

Matt and Family,
I heard of Patt's passing this morning on Face book. I went all through school in Linesville with Patt. There were many parties held at her home as her mother was often the room-mother.

Curtis and I have known Patt for over 40 years and she was a dear friend always. She had so many talents and was always there to help in any way she could. We will miss her soft gentle way of helping with any situation. Love to the family and may God Bless you all.

So sorry to read the news of Pat's passing. So sorry she could not make one more Griffey Reunion. She served as Sec. of our Clan for many years and kept all our records straight. A good cook she was too and I remember when we were grade school kids the little poems we would recite as part of the program at our reunion. She doesn't hurt anymore....God Bless!

Dear Matt and family, please accept our sincere sympathy in the loss of Patt, your dear wife and mother. We will always remember the day that we were moving Tom & Leann out of the parsonage at Little's Corners. We were hot, tired and hungry and Patt came by with THE BEST Shepherd's Pie I have ever tasted! What an angel she was to all of us that day. Now she has her Heavenly wings for all eternity. May our good God comfort you as you adjust to life without your loved one.
