Patricia L. Truhan

     Patricia L. Truhan, 85, of Espyville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Meadville Medical Center.

     She was born February 28, 1935 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. 

     Patricia married Frank A. Truhan on October 8, 1951, in Duquesne.  He preceded her in death on January 13, 2009.    

     She was a loving and devoted homemaker.  Patricia was a very active member of St. Philip’s Roman Catholic Church in Linesville.   She enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles.  She loved pets especially her cats.     

     Survivors include her five children, Frank A. Truhan Jr. of Meadville, Patty Schmidt of Espyville, David A. Truhan and his wife, Chris, of Pleasant Hills, Pam Pasinsky and her husband, Pete, of Jefferson Hills, Dan Truhan and his wife, Nancy, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, of Liberty Boro; eight grandchildren, Brandon and his wife, Carly, Beth and her husband, Stephen , Frank, Stephanie and her husband, Brad, Bryan and his wife, Ashley, Kayla, Kristy, and Mary Faith; and four great-grandchildren, Graden, Sophia, Roland and Brantley.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Steven Truhan; and a son-in-law, Bob Schmidt.

     As per her wishes, cremation was chosen.     

     Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 18 at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville, with Father Joe Sedley as celebrant. 

     Burial will follow in St. Philip Cemetery.

     Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U. S. Highway 6, Linesville.
