Nova Lynn (Jones) Legare

     Nova Lynn Legare, 62, of Geneva, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her residence.

     Born May 17, 1960, in Painesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of John and Elaine (Lapham) Jones.  She married Joseph Ernest (Ernie) Legare on October 27, 1976.   He preceded her in death on September 18, 2013.

     Nova was a loving and devoted homemaker.  In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, making crafts and watching movies.  She liked playing on her phone and being on the computer.  Most of all she cherished her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.    

     Survivors include her parents, John and Elaine Jones of Jefferson, Ohio; seven children, Shawn Renee Legare of Charleston, South Carolina, Shane Legare and his wife, Margaret, of Akron, Ohio, Chandra Paul and her husband, Chris, of Conneaut Lake, Joseph Legare and his wife, Ashley, of Linesville, Rochelle Mailliard and her husband, Tim, of Dunnellon, Florida, Aaron Legare and his wife, Mirissa, of Geneva, Pennsylvania and Tyrel Legare of Linesville; 18 grandchildren, Rebecca and Jarred Legare, Billie Jo Soyster, Ashton, Meena and Porter Paul, Mickhi, Cadence and Temprance Legare, KatieSue and Ridge Legare, and Toby, Lakotah, Mahayla, London and Phoenix Legare; five brothers, John, Eric, Keith, Chris and Jason Jones and his wife, Sonya, two sister-in-law’s, Ruth Hlabse and her husband, Steve, of Andover, Ohio and Linda Fee and her husband, Dan, of Mentor, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. 

     She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ernest Legare.    

     As per her request, cremation will take place and services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
