Mary Lynn Theresa (Besanceney) Martin Stein

     Mary Lynn Theresa (Besanceney) Martin Stein, 78, of Espyville, passed away September 14, 2022, at UPMC Jameson in New Castle.    
     Born November 23, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of George and Bonalee (Walters) Besanceney. 
     She was a graduate of St. Joseph Commercial High School.  Mary Lynn was a loving and devoted mother.  She had a career as a nurse’s aide and later worked in the bakery at Wal-Mart in Meadville.
     Mary Lynn loved taking care of her chickens.  She also enjoyed cooking, gardening and her flowers.  She had a love for dogs. 
     Survivors include her husband, Ken Stein of Espyville, whom she married April 18, 1998 in Charleston, South Carolina; four children, Jim Martin of James Island, South Carolina, Scott Martin (Jenn) of Big Canoe, Georgia, Melinda Martin of Alpharetta, Georgia and Dan Martin (Tina) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and several grandchildren.
     She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Martin, her brother, Jerry Besanceney and her parents.

     Services will be private at the convenience of the family. 

     Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
