Mary Lou (Williams) Hoovler

     Mary Lou Hoovler, 74, of Conneaut Lake, passed peacefully and went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2022, at her residence. 

     Born June 7, 1947, in Greenville, she was the daughter of Robert and Leona (Davis) Williams.  Mary Lou graduated from Conneaut Lake High School in 1965.  She married Lyle Hoovler on July 22, 1967. 

     She was a loving and devoted homemaker, mother and grandmother.  Mary Lou cherished her family and especially looked forward to “Sister Day”.   In her spare time, she enjoyed doing word searches and watching the hummingbirds in her yard.

     Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Lyle Hoovler; two daughters, Colleen Murray and Christy (Chris) Morrow; three grandchildren, Andrew, Kaleb and Nora; two sisters, Nancy (Ed) Fry and Norma (Bob) Mihoci; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Diane Hoovler. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents, a son-in-law, Patrick Murray, and a sister, Fran Walton.

     Burial will be private in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
