Jeremy C. Jablonski February 24, 1976 ~ September 16, 2012 Jeremy Charles (Jay) Jablonski, 36, of Jamestown, assed away Sunday, September 16, 2012, at his other Frank’s residence in Conneaut Lake surrounded by his family. Born February 24, 1976 in Meadville, he was the son of Frank James Jablonski Sr. and Miki Rae Anthony. He worked as a mechanic in the area for many years. Jay loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing and ealeaine He also enjoyed doing glass etching, He loved his dog Cheech. Survivors include his wife Gidget Jablonski of Jamestown; his mother, Miki Rae Whitman and her husband, Dwight, of St. Thomas, Ontario in Canada; his father Frank James Jablonski Sr. and his wife, Diana, of Erie; two children, Tye and Alicia Jablonski of Jamestown; the following siblings, Frank Jablonski Jr. and his wife, Leslie, of Conneaut Lake, Alan Jablonski and his wife, Theresa, of Sheakleyville, Thomas Jablonski of Greenville, and Andrew Jablonski of Norfolk, Virginia; a step-sister, Katie Whitman; step-brothers, Cody Whitman and Greg Whitman all of St. Thomas, Ontario; step-brother, Michael Vandervort of Erie; step-sister, Jessie Kost of Erie; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by all his grandparents. The family will receive friends and celebrate his life on Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
