William W. Nourigat

William W. Nourigat, age 79, of Linesville, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013.

Born February 5, 1934, in Midway, Pa, he was the son of the late Albert and Margaret Cummins Nourigat and served our country in the United States Marines.  "Bill” was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.  Further, he was a self-taught and extremely gifted artist and gardener.

To say that he was loved by many and will be dearly missed is an understatement.  His passing has deeply saddened relatives and dear friends alike.

Beloved husband of Marlene (Cherry) Nourigat, loving father of Thomas "Billy" Nourigat of Linesville, Joseph Nourigat and his wife, Silke, of Germany, and Cherrie' Neice of Pittsburgh.

Loving grandfather of Christopher and Dominic Nourigat, of Germany, and James, Amber, Ashley and Isabella Neice of Pittsburgh.

Dear brother of the late Fred Nourigat and Wilma Scott.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at which time a memorial service will be conducted at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville, with Pastor Philip A. Torre, of the First Assembly of God in Meadville, officiating.   Full military honors will be provided Huidekoper Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006.

Family suggests memorials be sent to the Arc of Crawford County, 222 Chestnut St., Meadville, Pa 16335.
