William Paul Adams of Linesville, PA, died on December 24, 2020, at Meadville Medical Center. He was born February 13, 1940, in Kittanning, PA, to Robert and Pauline Crytzer Adams. They, as well as a brother, N. John Adams of Sandy Lake preceded him in death. Brother Robert (Ardelle) Adams of Kittanning and sister-in-law Bernadette Adams and many nieces and nephews survive.
Bill was a loving family man, who will be missed by his wife Rhoda of 46 years, and five children, Christina (Don) Eakin of Cullman, AL, Edward (Anthony) Maloney of New York City, Mark (Carol) Maloney of Meadville, David (Carlotta) Adams of Meadville, and Jeanne (Sashko) Zlatanov of Linesville. His eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren were a great delight.
Bill loved reminiscing with his brothers and old friends about their mischievous younger days. He never met a stranger, but often connected with people he met over conversations about some of his favorite topics: his time in the Navy, truck-driving, camping, old vehicles, and building things.
A member of First Baptist Church, Linesville, and former member of Andover Christian Church, Andover, Ohio, he was a man of faith and generosity, and was looking forward to his eternal home-going to meet his Heavenly Father and Savior.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 10 until 11 a.m. at the Linesville First Baptist Church, 6114 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville. A memorial service of celebration will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
