Shirley Jean Bell

     Shirley Jean Bell, 89, of Linesville passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at St. Paul’s Senior Living Community.

     Born August 12, 1937, in Clarendon, Pennsylvania , she was the daughter of Casper and Dorothy (Hubler) Temple. She married Leroy Bell on November 9, 1957, in Linesville. He preceded her in death on April 23, 2021.

     She had attended Linesville High School. She was a loving and devoted homemaker.

     Shirley was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Meadville. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Leroy. She also enjoyed gardening and mowing her lawn. Shirley cherished her three dogs, Misty, Angel and Yoube.

     Survivors include a daughter, Shelley Primavera of Bridgeport, Connecticut; her siblings, Casper & Betty Temple, Jess & Betty Jo Temple, Austin & Kathy Temple, Joann Mason and Nancy Carnes; and several nieces and nephews including Debra Vernier, Denise Parker and Darla Lawrence.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son, Randy Bell.

     The family will receive friends on Monday, October 26, 2026 from noon to 1 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

     A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Conley, of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, officiating.

     Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Harmonsburg.
