Maxine Bunnell July 11, 1914 - January 18, 2011 Maxine Bunnell, 96, of Espyville, passed away, Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at Rolling Fields in Conneautville. Born July 11, 1914 in Rantoul, Illinois, she was the daughiter of the late Clarence and Mary Adkins Crane. She married Fred W. Bunnell and he preceded her in death in 1972. She was of the Protestant faith. For over 25 years, she owned and operated Bunnell’s Market in Espyville and retired in 1976. Maxine was a member of the Espyville Senior Citizen's Center and was former president and member of the Espyville Bees Club. She enjoyed playing bingo and crocheting. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and flowers. Survivors include two brothers, Jessie Arthur and Orville Arthur, both of Meadville and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Bileen and Mary, a brother, Chester, and a sister-in-law, Mildred Arthur. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville. The funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Brenda Loucks of Linesville First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be private in Espyville Cemetery.
