     Marjorie D. “Margie” Kline, 92, of Linesville, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Meadville Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

     Born April 23, 1934, in Meadville, she was the daughter of Paul and Louise (Bodisch) Knierman. She married Edward Kline on April 25, 1955, at St. Philip Church in Linesville. He preceded her in death on March 26, 2023.

     Margie was a 1952 graduate of Linesville High School. She was a loving and devoted homemaker. She was a member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church and belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society. Margie made Cursillo in the 1970’s and was very devoted to the catholic church and to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

     She was a member of the Crawford Amateur Radio Society with call sign N3IFQ. Margie enjoyed doll making, needlepoint, card making, arts and crafts, camping, cooking and baking and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

     Survivors include her children, Edward (Robin) Kline Jr., Alan (Joan) Kline, Joseph (Barbara) Kline, Daryl Ann (Felix) Cruz, Susan Kline, George (Pamela) Kline, Margie (David) Lamb, Mary Kline (Cecil Henderson), Michele (David) Staff and Patricia Kline; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; two sisters, Pauline Baker and Gladys Mickle; sister-in-law, Shirley Knierman; brother-in-law, Hubert Vogan; and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Kline; grandson, 1st Lt Eric Kline, US Army; sisters, Gertrude, Katherine, Betty, Shirley and Dorothy; and a brother, August (Fred).

     Calling hours will be Thursday, July 30 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville. A rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

     Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday at St. Philip Church, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville, with Father Chris Hamlett as celebrant.

     Burial will be in St. Philip Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Philip Church, Altar and Rosary Society, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville, Pa 16424.
