Margaret "Marge" Byler July 11, 1932 ~ March 1, 2012 Margaret “Marge” (Dzurenko) Byler, 79, of Kennesaw, Georgia, formerly of Linesville departed this world to be with her Lord on ‘Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Metropolitan Hospice in Marietta, Georgia after a two year courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 11, 1932 in (Benscreek) Lilly RD, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Michael J. and ‘Theresa Hlavaty Dzurenko. ‘Margaret and her husband moved to Linesville in 1989 after retiring from General Motors in Redford, Michigan. Marge joined St. Philip Catholic Church at that time and became a very active member, a Eucharistic minister, a 20 year member of the Altar and Rosary Society, a money counter, a former parish council member, a long time birigo worker, and a greeter. She was also an active member of the Lakeland Senior Center in Linesville. After the passing of her husband, Milton, in 2008 Marge moved to Kennesaw to be close to her son, Gary and her granddaughters, Brandi and Kristy. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kennesaw: Survivors include three sons, Gary L. Byler, Randal J. Byler, and Brian L. Byler, She will be sadly missed by her granddaughters, Brandi and Kristy Byler. She is also survived by sisters, Veronica Kick of Summerhill, Pa, Rita Coleman and her husband, Art, of Cookeville, ‘Tennessee, Theresa Shandor of Utica, Michigan, Joanie Plishka, and hee husband, Chacles, of Summerhill, Pa; a brother Frank Dzurenko and his wife, Jo Ana, of Roaming Shores, ‘Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. ‘She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Milton H. Byles, two brothers, Michael D. Dzurenko and John J. Dzurenko, and two sisters, Mary Yingling and Ann M. Peters. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 US. Hwy 6, Linesville. A rosary prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, 401 S. Mercer St with Father Dennis Veltri, pastor, as celebrant. Please meet at the church on Monday. Burial will be in St. Philip Cemetery.
