Marcus G. Fike, 83, of Linesville passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020, at the Meadville Medical Center.

Born October 13, 1936, in Newport, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Charles and Eva (Pennington) Fike.

He was a musician and lead singer for his band, Mark Fike and the Country Drifters who played at many venues in the Pittsburgh area. Marcus enjoyed fishing, flea markets, playing music and spending time with his family.

Survivors include two sons, Marcus G. Fike Jr. and his wife, Michelle, of Pittsburgh and Jeffrey S. Fike of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Tama Kean of Linesville; six grandchildren, Megan (Fike) Tate and her husband, Clarence, of Jensen Beach, Florida, Marcus G. Fike III, Haley Fike, Robert Kean, Austin Fike Sr. and Ryan Kean; and three great-grandchildren, Zoe Tate, Cora Tate and Austin Fike Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five siblings, Thelma Eubanks, James (Bud) Fike, Kathleen (Fike) Moran, William (Red) Fike, and Laverne Paraskos; his grandson, Austin Fike; and his lifelong companion, Arlene Bauman.

His wishes were to be cremated and no services be held.

Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
