Josephine Mae Gallant

Josephine Mae Gallant, 82, of Linesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at her residence.

Born April 14, 1938 in Conneaut Township, she was the daughter of Albert and Helen (Bradford) Gallant.

She was a 1956 graduate of Linesville High School. For 20 years, Josephine worked at Avtex Fibers until they closed in 1985.  She then was employed by Rolling Fields in Conneautville from 1986 until she retired in 2001.

She enjoyed crocheting and embroidering.  Josephine took care of her mother and cherished the time she spent with her.  She also loved children.

Survivors include two sisters, Patty Hollabaugh of Linesville and Georgia Long of Sandy Lake, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Gallant and Albert Gallant Jr.; and two sisters, Dorothy Keith and Peggy Shumaker.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in South Evergreen Cemetery in Johnston, Ohio.

Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U. S. Highway 6, Linesville.
