Johanna M. Krejci, 76, of Espyville, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at Andover Village Retirement Community.
Born June 23, 1936 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late John and Ann Kagda Picone. She married Norman R. Krejci on January 25, 1958.
She was a loving and devoted homemaker. For over 15 years, she worked as the sacristan for St. Monica Church in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Johanna was a member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church in Linesville. She had such a big heart, was caring and loved to help volunteer wherever she could. She enjoyed spending time with her dog Daisy.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Norm; two sons, Richard Krejci and his companion, Deborah Parino, of Garfield Heights and Matthew Krejci and his wife, Jacqueline, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; eight grandchildren; her sister, Rosemary Pace of Henderson, Nevada; and a very close cousin, Linda Nedlik of Reminderville, Ohio.
Calling hours will be Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville, with Father Denny J. Veltri as celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Philip Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Johanna’s name to the charity of the donor’s choice.
