James C. (als6 known as The @6loncl) Guindy, age Ts of Linésville, died Friday, September 16,2011, at UPMC Hamot in Erie surrounded by-iis loving family.
Bom September 16, 1933, in Builee, he was a son of Clyde and Myrtle Campbell Guiney. Iémarsied Janel Rudler on Masch 7, 1952 at the Linesv lle United Methodist Church.
He cetied as a car salesman after 35 yeirs of service. Jim was a member of the Linesville United Methodist ‘Church. He was an avid hunter and loved spending time with his family.
Sucvivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Janet Guiney; ovo daughters, Nancy Oleson of Exie, Carol Sedler and hec husband, Dennis, of McKean; a son, Rich Guiney, of Linesville; four grandchildcen, Heather and Ashley Oleson and Ryan and Julie Sedler; one great granddaughter, Haeven Masker; a sister, Phyllis Chelton and her husband, Dean, of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Carol Guiney of Linesville, and several nieces and nephews.
“He was preceded in death by his parents, a son-in-law, Jeff Oleson, three brothers, john, Ray and Gerald (Doo) Guiney.
‘The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 104 p.m. and 7 to 9 pam. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 US. Highway 6, Linesville.
‘The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Reverend Dennis 1. Lawton of the Linesville United Methodist Church officiating, Busial will be in Linesville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Lineville United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 86 or the Lakeland Senior Center, P.O. Box 934, both of Linesville, Pa 16424.
