Florence Ann (Largent) Brubaker

Florence Ann Brubaker, 89, of Linesville passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Rolling Fields Eldercare in Conneautville.

Born March 12, 1931, in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Mark and Julia (Prevost) Largent.  She married James Henry Brubaker on September 21, 1952 and he preceded her in death on September 18, 1995.

Florence graduated from Lineville High School in 1949.  For many years, she worked at the Conneaut School District as head custodian.

She was a member of the Linesville United Methodist Church.  Florence had served on the Palfund Board of Directors.

Survivors include a son, James T. Brubaker, and his fiancé, Nina Reinhart, of Linesville; two daughters, Pam Hazelhurst and her husband, Gary, of Meadville and Kay M. Brubaker of Linesville; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Brubaker of Linesville; five grandchildren, Beau James, Lisa, Craig, Carrie and Casey; many great-grandchildren; a sister, Marceline Antinore of Meadville; two brothers, Audley (Bud) Largent and his wife, Phyllis of Madison, Ohio and Richard Largent of Meadville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Joseph Clyde Brubaker and Kenneth David Brubaker; a brother, Alvin Largent; and a grandson, Shane Travis Ford.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Hwy 6, Linesville.  CDC guidelines will be followed.

A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. on Friday with Phil Reinhart officiating.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Harmonsburg.
