Elke Irene Uzarski

     Elke Irene Uzarski, 74, of Linesville, passed away, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at her residence.

     Born July 26, 1952, in Dudweiler, Germany, she was the daughter of Kurt and Marianne Hubschmann. She married Ronald Frank Uzarski on October 1, 1971, in Germany.

     Elke worked for eight years as a plastic manufacturing supervisor at Lesko Enterprises in Albion. She then worked for 9 years at Tamarack Packaging in Meadville.

     She was a member of the Linesville American Legion Post 462 Ladies Auxiliary, the Linesville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7842 and the Pymatuning Sportsmen’s Club.

     She enjoyed bowling and photography and had a love for animals. Elke was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She loved gardening and was known by many as the flower lady and many people would stop to admire her flower gardens.

     Survivors include four children, Michael Ronald Uzarski (Bonnie Whisennand) of Linesville, Nicole Michele Mattocks of Linesville, Wayne Jeffrey Uzarski (Olenka) of Canonsburg and Jennifer Jean Uzarski of Vermont; ten grandchildren, Megan, Alex, Aubree, Mason, Logan, Natalie, Alissa, Josephine, Corrine and Ethan; and many sister-in-law’s and brother-in-law’s.

     She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ronald Uzarski.

     Calling hours will be Sunday, September 13, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

     A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the funeral home with Father Chris Hamlett officiating.

     Burial will be in Penn Line Cemetery in Linesville.
