Elizabeth "Betty" J. (Lowe) Kehn

Elizabeth (Betty) J. Kehn, 93, of Linesville, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019, at Rolling Fields in Conneautville.

Born September 2, 1925, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, she was the daughter of Raymond and Anna (Golanis) Lowe.  She married Daniel F. Kehn on June 13, 1942 and he preceded her in death on November 18, 1991.

She was a devoted homemaker and mother.  Betty worked for Andover Industries for 12 years.  She also worked on the family farm.

Betty was a member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church in Linesville and had served as president of the Legion on Mary.  In 1995, her and her granddaughter, Teia, earned their GED together and she was very proud of this achievement.  She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, word searches, cooking and coloring books at the nursing home.

Survivors include two sons, Robert D. Kehn and his wife, Diana, of Meadville and Daniel F. Kehn Jr. of Butler, Ohio; five daughters, Pamela A. Harakal and her husband, James, of Linesville, Patricia M. Appod, and her husband, Jeffrey, of McDonald, Ohio, Mary E. Semai, of Meadville, Anna F. Roncaglione and her husband, William, of Linesville, Therese M. Beusch of Meadville; 22 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers, Raymond and Robert Lowe.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville with Father Chris Hamlett as celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Philip Cemetery.
