Donna S. Gower

     Donna S. Gower, 69, of Linesville, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at her residence after a lengthy illness. 

     Born March 29, 1956, in Ashtabula, Ohio, she was the daughter of Gerald and Ruth (Wamsley) Gower. 

     She was a graduate of Linesville High School. She retired from Channellock in Meadville. In her spare time, Donna enjoyed reading. She cherished her family and loved spending time with them. Donna will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

     Survivors include her daughter, Joni Watson and her fiancé, Jack Fink, of Erie; her son, James Watson and his wife, Lindsay, of Meadville; four grandchildren, Justin Fink, Daylee Watson, Jagger Watson and Rylee Harlow; brother, Gary Gower; nephew, Gary Gower Jr.; and a step-sister, Mary Bartholomew. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents; son, John Watson; brother, Sonny Gower; and several step-siblings. 

     A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at a later date. 

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the Yolanda Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Rd., Meadville, Pa 16335.

     The family would like to thank the entire staff and her nurse, Bethany, at Yolanda Barco Oncology Institute for the loving care they provided to Donna.

     Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
