Donna Lee Eckart

     Donna Lee Eckart., 87, of Norrisville, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Wesbury in Meadville.

     Born January 17, 1939 in Meadville, she was the daughter of Herman and Mary (Kalup) Kimple. She married William Eckart Sr. on May 10, 1958; he preceded her in death on April 11, 2021.

     Donna attended Conneautville High School. She was a loving and devoted homemaker. She was a member of the Norrisville Community Church. She also was a member of Penn-Ohio Model A Ford Club.

     Donna enjoyed raising Arabian horses and German Sheperd dogs. She also enjoyed competing and showing horses and watching horse shows. She loved the Crawford County Fair and had attended for over 50 years.

     She was creative and artistic and loved doing oil painting. Donna was also a great seamstress.

     Survivors include three children, Gerald Eckart, Marla Lopus and William Eckart Jr. (Cynthia); eight grandchildren, Clarissa Manross (Jason), Tyler Lopus (Kaitlin), Kelsey Cleary, William Eckart III, Corrine Eckart, Joseph Eckart (fiancée, Kamryn), Peter Eckart and Angelica Mosley; ten great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Colton and Madison Manross, Ella, Benjamin, James and Kylee Cleary, and Huxley, Raelyn and Tenley Lopus; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Tim Lopus, husband of Marla; companion of Gerald’s, Denise Gardner; grandson, Kyle Cleary, husband of Kelsey; and her siblings, Herman (Junior) Kimple (Charlotte), Roland (Pete) Kimple (Fran), Ruth (Sis) Maietta (John), Frank (William) Kimple (Maria), Francis (Betsy) Shaw (Jack) and Iris (Bunny) Sutliff (Gene).

     A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at a later date.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Hwy 6, Linesville.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norrisville Community Church, 17920 N. Norrisville Road, Conneautville, Pa 16406 or the Crawford County Fair Board, Horse and Pony Department, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, Pa 16335.
