Brenda L. Godsave Huffman

Brenda L. Godsave Huffman October 1, 1963 - December 17, 2010 Brenda L. Godsave Huffman, 47, of Linesville, passed away with her family at her side on Friday, December 17, 2010 at her residence after a valiant battle with cancer. Born October 1, 1963 in Meadville, she was the daughter of Robert Jr. and Betty Oswald Godsave. She married James M. on July 19, 1985 in Meadville. She was a 1983 graduate of Linesville High School. Brenda worked at Ray’s Market Place for twenty-two years. She was a social member at the Linesville Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 7842 and the Linesville American, Post 462. She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and Mountaineer in West Virginia. Brenda liked to spend time watching her brother Scott’s dog, Diamond, also known as Furbie. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her loving husband of twenty-five years, James M. Huffman; her mother, Betty J. Godsave of Linesville; a sister, Linda Crider and her husband, Paul, of Linesville and theic son’s Paul Jr. and Stephen Crider; two brothers, Scott Godsave and his companion, Deb Kelso, of Linesville and George Godsave and his wife, Tomma, of Linesville and theie children, Tiffany and Dennis Dibble; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert T. Godsave Jr. in 2000, her grandparents, and an uncle Leonard Godsave. Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 US. Highway 6, Linesville. The funeral service will be 11 am. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Brenda Loucks of the Linesville First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be private in Linesville Cemetery. ‘The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hospice of Crawford County, 464 Pine St., Meadville, Pa 16335. ‘The family would like to give a special thanks to Crawford County Hospice for the excellent Care that they gave to Brenda.
