To the Richards family,
Our condolences on the passing of your mother. We knew your mother and father at Tusculum College many decades ago. They were both our friends. Your mother was a delight to know, caring, friendly, and buoyed by her faith. Through the years we have thought of them often with fond memories.

Dear Robert, James, and Amanda, Deepest Sympathies to you and all of your families as you mourn the loss of your beloved mother and family member. Sylvia was beloved by many. She was so genuine and friendly, intelligent, funny, and of great faith. She loved her music so much and shared with all this love. I remember that she had stated that she had wanted to be a missionary. we were the ones who were blessed to be ministered by her. I am thankful for her life, well -lived. May we all take comfort in her goodness. May God bless all who are grieving for Sylvia.

Blessed are those that mourn for they shall be comforted. I am so blessed to have your mom in my life. She is a inspiration to me, her faith and devotion to the Lord, family and friends. She was such a good friend to my mom. She is now a part of the cloud of witnesses that are watching over us. May the Lord comfort you and family at this time.
Love, Michelle and family.

I remember her beautiful singing at the Harmonsburg United Methodist Church, as my Mother was playing the Organ. What a beautiful voice she had. She will be in heaven singing with the angels. We are so sorry for your loss.
