     Jeffrey Dale Patrick, 52, of Andover, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at his residence after a long courageous battle with heart disease.   

     Born March 13, 1965, in Kentucky, he was the son of Leonard and Phyllis Fannin Patrick.  He married Sharan Cleary on September 17, 2011. 

     He had worked at Gillette’s Bait and Tackle in Linesville, Kraftmaid Cabinetry in Orwell and Haines Marina in Andover. 

     Jeffrey was a member of the Linesville First Baptist Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and joking around.  Jeffrey loved his family and friends and cherished his grandchildren.   

     Survivors include his loving wife, Sharan Patrick; seven children, Raymond Patrick (Tristess), Crystal Patrick, Candice Gillette (Chad), John Cleary (Ashleigh), Jacob, Jackson and Gabrielle Patrick; 11 grandchildren; four siblings, Leonard Patrick (Darlene), Sandy Kelly (Robert), Patty McNeal (Brad) and Tammy Patrick (Don); and many nieces and nephews. 

     He was preceded by his parents, two sisters and a brother. 

     Calling hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday at the Linesville First Baptist Church, 6114 U.S. Hwy 6, Linesville. 

     A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the church with Pastor Joel Weck officiating.

     Memorials may be made to the family in care of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U. S. Highway 6, Linesville, Pa 16424.
